1. Return Period

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (unless defective):

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as True Warehouse cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@true-warehouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
