    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.


    3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (unless defective):

    • Undergarments and socks

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Sale or clearance items (if specified as final sale)


    4. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


    5. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as True Warehouse cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


    6. Exchanges

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.


    7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@true-warehouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
